Shipping & Returns


Orders not paid within 14 days are cancelled. Orders will be sent on the first or second working day, after DragonBreath has received the payment from the client (we do not sell to other shops), unless both parties agree to a different delivery date. Please keep in mind that the payment process (between client making payment and us receiving payment) can take up to one or two working days. All orders up to 20 cards will be shipped for Euro 1,-, up to 45 cards for Euro 1,50 and up to 125 cards for Euro 2,- within Holland (postage and packaging). Orders containing 125 cards or more are shipped by parcel (at the client's request however, we can send the cards in 2 envelopes, which might reduce the overall shipping cost). We only ship within the European Union. Please contact us if you have questions regarding international shipping costs.

All orders are shipped in 'bubble mailers' for optimal card protection!

Standard Mail

DragonBreath ships the products by standard mail and accepts no responsibility for misplaced, damaged or missing items.

Signed Shipping

DragonBreath ships the products registered. The customer receives a track-and-trace number and a signature is required upon receipt.

Insured Mail

DragonBreath ships the products by insured mail with full guarantee of correct and safe delivery.


DragonBreath guarantees that the correct products are shipped to the client. If the wrong items are shipped by mistake, the client must contact us and by mutual agreement the client can return the wrong products to DragonBreath. We will refund the regular postage costs that incurred. The correct products will be sent as soon as DragonBreath receives the original wrongly shipped products. The extra postage and packaging costs for the newly shipped products will not be charged to the client.
